Importance of Right of Inspection ES審核檢查權(quán)的重要性：
Right of Inspection is contained in the Wal-Mart Supplier Agreement 檢查權(quán)是沃爾瑪供應(yīng)商協(xié)議中的一項(xiàng)規(guī)定
Any of the following will lead to a Red-Access Denied assessment.
如果在ES審核過程中,工廠如下行為將導(dǎo)致非常嚴(yán)重的后果(紅色-拒絕檢查):
Denied access to factory/dormitory, or
拒絕ES審核審核員對廠房及宿舍進(jìn)行檢查,或
Denied access to review relevant documents, i.e. Payroll records, Time cards,
Personnel files, or
拒絕ES審核審核員查閱相關(guān)記錄,如工資表,工時(shí)記錄和人事檔案, 或
Release workers on purposely 故意放走工人
Denied access to Worker Interview 禁止/干擾員工訪談
Consequences of Red-Access Denied: 拒絕檢查的結(jié)果:
All Purchase Orders (POs) will be canceled. No shipment will be allowed
所有訂單將被取消,工廠不可出貨
Future orders will not be placed until the factory is audited
工廠將暫停接單直至工廠再次接受評估至合格為止
所以，我們建議出口工廠不要在ES審核時(shí)為了回避小問題而出現(xiàn)檢查權(quán)的嚴(yán)重問題，更不能輕信有些咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)的餿主意，一旦弄巧成拙，將后患無窮。
