Multiple names for a single site are permitted, if:

– The client has a one legal name recognized in their country and a separate trade name used for business in outside their country 該組織有一個(gè)被所在國(guó)法律上認(rèn)可的名稱并有另外一個(gè)名稱用于在本國(guó)之外進(jìn)行貿(mào)易活動(dòng)。

Multiple names for a single site are not permitted if: 如屬于以下情形不允許單一現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有多個(gè)名稱：
– Two different names for the same company are used for marketing purposes in their country 在本國(guó)內(nèi)，以市場(chǎng)的目的相同的公司使用不同的名字；
– Two legally separate organizations, even if they：兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的法律主體組織，即使他們：
? Operate under same roof 在一個(gè)屋檐下經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作
? Share same management or other personnel 共享管理層或人力資源
? Share the same owner 所有人相同
